Describe your idea. How does it work and who does it help?

Hazards may be directly obvious, or indirectly via causing others "bad driving" - can integrate with Howsmydriving
Reports to be made on webform showing map, or by voicemail.
(neither txt nor email likely to give enough detail to identify location).
Local reporting services too fussy for long-distance drivers to manage.
Proprietary SatNav services should integrate their data, this data to be a chargeable updating option for them.

Road safety engineers to process reports.
Maps.
Link to Howsmydriving data.
