Parking Fine Justice

Describe your idea. How does it work and who does it help?

This will allow people to see if there is a valid reason for them to contest a fine they have received for parking in the same location. Or if a particular argument has been previously found to be invalid.

What information or services do you need?

raw data of car parking tickets id,date, time, amount, reason, location etc
raw data of contested fines. ticket ID, date of complaint, reason for contest, date of judgement, result of contest pass/fail, judgement reasonsing

just received a pcn parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours enforcement officer states on pcn as my vehicle being blue when in fact vehicle is green a fact backed up by v5 document do i have right of appeal
