National Recycing Stations Map

Submitted by: ben dwyer

Describe your idea. How does it work and who does it help?

By providing details of the locations off all recycling points people can recycle their waste more easily. Generally people know where their local station is, but often these do no accept all items for recycling.

People travel a lot, and probably pass other stations regularly which do accept a wider range of materials for recycling. By providing information about where they can recycle on a larger scale people will be able to recycle more of their waste.

The points on the map should be able to be filtered by material type.

What information or services do you need?

Data on every recycling point in the country - where it is and what resources it accepts.
